ChMS
CMS
Church Management System: a software package that provides special functions tailored to managing Church activities and finances. Range from sets of spreadsheets to integrated payroll and church management services. A ChMS may be implemented as a special version of a Content Management System (CMS), so sometimes the acronyms are used interchangeably.

IT
Information Technology: in the context of a church, this used to mean "the PCs/Macs, printers, and network wiring that enables them to communicate with each other and the Internet." Now the term "IT" is far more encompassing and may include the posting of sermons online (text and audio, in some cases video), including processing of any information related to the function of our congregations.
ITS
Information Technology Services: a fancy name for the person or persons who work on IT stuff in an organization
NAS
Network Attached Storage - dedicated disk storage device that attaches to a computer network instead of just to one computer. Usually attached via ethernet to a network switch with multiple ports or via wireless network (WiFi). A NAS setup on the Internet is the "Cloud" storage model in a nutshell.
